FAQ
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Please visit our price & packages page for full pricing details
Q: How do i book?
A: You can contact us via our Facebook page or Email us: byattphotography@yahoo.co.uk
We will then book an available date depending on the type of shoot you want, A £50 non refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure your appointment,
Q: Where are you?
Our studio address is 16A Manor court road, cv11 5hy, Due to the nature of sessions the studio is strictly by appointment only.
Q: How long is my session?
A: Mini sessions are 30 minutes, Normal sessions are 1 hour. However if i feel we need more time we can continue a bit longer.
Newborn sessions can take several hours as baby needs to feed, sleep etc, theres no hurry. I only ever book one newborn in a day so i can spend time making sure baby is nice and relaxed.
Q: What should i bring to the session?
A: You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in and what you would like to see on your images, Images look great when families co-ordinate with neural earthy tones, All props hats etc are provided by me, however if you have anything of personal significance feel free to bring it along.
Q: how many people can i bring?
A: Up to 5 people can attend the indoor shoots, (please let me know when booking how many will be coming)
However being from a large family myself i understand that theres a need for large family groups ,I am happy to do this at an extra £5 per person over the 5 but these would need to be an outdoor shoot or somewhere with lots of space, Please contact us to discuss you requirements.
Q: When do i need to book?
A: The best time to book is a few weeks in advance, Also feel free to call and see if i have any cancellation slots etc, please remember it can takes approximately 2-3 weeks to get your images due to editing and sending to digital printing labs if prints are ordered so if they are needed for a specific date please book enough in advance. It is advisable to book newborns well in advance as i would need a whole day for this type of session.
Q: Whens the best time to book newborns?
A: Newborn sessions are very popular so we recommend booking after your 20 week scan to avoid disappointment. Of course babies rarely arrive on their due date so a £50 depot secures you a session but we don't book an actual date until baby has safely arrived, Then we would book a session within two weeks of baby's arrival date to ensure they are still lovely and curly and tiny.
I prefer to photograph newborns under 14 days, However will happily do this type of session up to 6 weeks. Please note: As babies get bigger their muscle tone changes so some poses may not be suitable for older newborns.
Parent and sibling shots are welcome in packages 2 and 3.
